Sahaji, Haekyung, Beth Ann and Fedosia were all educated in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in a four year Master's Degree program at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
In Sahaji's last year of schooling she was introduced to Japanese Meridian Therapy. Sahaji has since gone on to complete the Basic Training with the Toyohari Association of North America and continues to study Japanese acupuncture with Shimamura Sensei, who apprenticed with Master Nagano. Japanese Meridian Therapy can be used for those who are needle sensitive, children, and others who would like a more gentle method of acupuncture care.
Haekyung has undergone multiple in depth apprenticeships with gifted mentors in the field of acupuncture in addition to continued post graduate study in Korea. She is a firecracker of a practitioner and the moxabustion queen! Watch out for her magic fingers, they find the sore spots!
Fedosia completed post-graduate studies in the Fall of 2016 in both Nepal and China. She spent time in China continuing her studies of Applied Channel Theory in Acupuncture at Dr. Wang Ju-Ye’s clinic and at the hospital in Beijing. Fedosia brings both gentleness and precision into her treatments. She wants you to get results and works with you to make that a reality.
In addition to acupuncture, all of WOW's acupuncturists enjoy using cupping, moxibustion, and bodywork in their sessions with patients. If interested in Acupuncture call the office at 503.874.4067 to schedule an appointment or click the Schedule Here! Button below
